Bookings

Ledcourt Waters is very flexible in its booking arrangements. We will accept group bookings or bookings by one couple for their ultimate privacy (a minimum fee applies). Please visit our Tariff page for more information.

• The minimum age for the person responsible for booking, must be at least 30 years of age. This person must be in attendance throughout the stay.
• Strictly no children allowed.
• Maximum number of adults not to exceed 12.

Management

The homestead can be opened or arrangements for key collection can be made prior to your arrival. The privacy of our guests is paramount, so you will not see any of our staff members unless you specifically need something.

The pantry

Our kitchen is stocked with basic food supplies for our guests, however guests are welcome to bring their own grocery supplies. Alternatively, we can stock the pantry for you (at an additional cost). Please download our shopping list and indicate which supplies you would like us to purchase on your behalf.

Special dining

A number of local fine dining restaurants deliver pre-ordered meals to guests staying at Ledcourt Waters. If you would like to enjoy a fine-dining experience at the homestead, menus will be made available upon your arrival.

Laundry facilities

Our guests have access to the laundry facilities, which includes washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking

Outdoor and garage parking is available for guests.

Smoking

The whole of Ledcourt Waters premises is a smoke-free zone. Please refrain from smoking throughout your stay..
